Unless we do something urgent to stop all forms of animal cruelty, such barbaric acts will continue. There is no reason why animals must be treated cruelly. The world must not stand by and watch such cruelties. There must be a concerted effort everywhere to put a halt to animal abuse, animal neglect, and animal cruelty. Take a look at these pictures and call your representative or government official telling them to institute stiff penalty for animal cruelty. Do it NOW! No matter which country you live in, tell your government to instittute laws for stiff penalty against animal cruelty.
